Package Term & Condition:
1.PRICES
Prices are valid for departures till 15September 2009 (Hotel last check-in
date is 15 September 09). All prices quoted based on per person basis
and does not include airport taxes, fuel surcharge, room service, tips,
telephone calls, laundry and any other items of personal nature. This
offer is only applicable on CX and KA operated flights.
2.TICKET VALIDITY
Ticket validity is 7 days for Economy class.
3.TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Onus is on the passenger to ensure that all names given to place a booking
should always be in accordance to the actual name stated in the passport.
Failure to do so may result in complication upon check-in or at immigration
office. Cathay Pacific and its travel agents cannot be held liable for
any expenses, reimbursement or refund of the package if you are refused
departure or entry due to non-compliance with the relevant government
travel requirements.
4.BAGGAGE
Each passenger is allowed baggage not exceeding 20kg (Economy Class) and
30kg (Business Class).
5.TOUR CONDITIONS
a. All prices quoted are per person and cover standard room accommodation
unless otherwise specified. Please note that passengers travelling alone
are not allowed to purchase twin sharing accommodation.
b. Child occupying single room will be charged adult single rate. Child
sharing room with two adults will be provided with an extra bed otherwise
specified. Child under 18 years old must be accompanied by adults for
hotel check-in.
c. The basic package is based on the date of hotel check-in.
* Bookings cannot be made less than 3 working days before departure.
