Confirmation of Booking
Making an online reservation is easy. Just complete the QUICK
BOOKING FORM, making sure that you give us your e-mail address
and sending it to us. As soon as we receive your request we will
reply within 24 hours. You could also send an e-mail to request
airfare and/or make booking (full name, travel date, visited cities
required) at info@SaveFlights.com.
Payment
1. Cash : This method is exclusive for customer within Bangkok
area only, upon ticket delivery, you can pay cash to SaveFlights.com's
messenger who provides you the evidence of receipt in return. This
method do not available for student/youth ticket, Air India, India
Air, Royal Nepal Airline, Egypt Air and some special promotion air-tickets.
2. Bank Transfer :
2.1 Oversea Remittance : Payment should be received before ticketing
due date, with all bank transfer charges/ fees to be paid by client.
Kindly inform your bank to pay in full to cover all bank transfer

3. Credit card :
Currently, we accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express (AMEX).
Your order will be processed once we receive the approval from related
credit representative. Once approved, your credit line will be reserved
as per your order amount (For online credit card payment, your credit
line will be reserved in the bank system for 7 days no matter your
order is cancelled).
3.1 VISA and Master Card : Online

You can safely shop at SaveFlights.com by using your VISA and
MasterCard from any issuing banks. We will email booking confirmation
together with secured online payment site, the system will be linked
to our representative bank's web page where your credit card information
must be filled and processed. Credit card information will be encrypted
and transferred under secured server. Once the transaction is approved,
the system will show 'COMPLETED' page. If page show 'rejected',
please contact your bank to authorize charges.

3.2 American Express (AMEX) : Offline
- Charge 3% credit

This is off-line system, you will be required to completed credit
card form and fax or email copy of credit card (both sides) that
you can conceal the part of your credit card numbers showing only
the last 4 numbers.) our fax no.+ 662 932 7008.
Then we need to get approved code from Amex. After approved, payment
confirmation will be sent via email to you. You can download American
Express credit card form here.
3.3 Visa, Master Card, JCB : EDC machine - Charge
2.75% credit card fee
This option will be available only at SaveFlights.com office Bangkok,
your credit card will be verified by Electronic Data Capture machine.
Therefore, credit card owner has to pick up the ticket by himself/herself.
Payment must be completed before ticketing due date.
Ticket Delivery
1. Electronic ticket (e-ticket) : After payment done, eticket will
be send via email (eticket will stated passenger name, itinerary,
airlines confirmation code and ticket number). Just print it out
and bring for check-in reference.
2. Paper ticket : SaveFlights.com are happy to delivery air-ticket
in Thailand FREE OF CHARGES (In & around Bangkok, we arrange
ticket delivery by messenger, other provinces by EMS (Express Mail).

Important Noted: Upon receiving of
tickets, please check the accuracy of names, itinerary of your tickets/vouchers.
If you have any problem, please contact us within same day; otherwise,
SaveFlights.com will not responsible for extra/compensation occurred.
Cancellation/Changes and Refund Policy
Each airline has different rules and policies on cancellation and
changes. SaveFlights.com will let you know ticket conditions, cancellation
and changes policies before you buy your tickets. If you have specific
questions, please ask one of our staff before purchasing tickets.
After ticket is issued, in general, airline rules are as follows:
- Date changes are possible in a limit of validity period; otherwise
exceptional rules will be stated.
Mostly, airline tickets are refundable except some promotion air-tickets
are non-refundable.

- Cancellation Policies (in case of refundable tickets)
- Unused ticket cancellation, approximately 15-30% penalty fee
of ticket fare will be charged by airlines.
- Partial-used air-ticket is non-refund.
Process of Cancellation and Refund Policies:
- After issued ticket and there is any cancellation, please send
an e-mail informing our staff at Info@SaveFlights.com
- Send air-ticket to us to process refund with airlines at following
address:

- Process of refund with airlines will take 2-3 months.
- After we received refund from airlines, we will e-mail notifies
of refunded amounts and then process refund money accordingly
via money transfer or credit card according to your payment method.
Please keep in mind that these are not our rules and penalties
- they are those, which the airline imposed on us. If you have specific

SaveFlights.com reserves the right to charge penalties for any
refunds of tickets because of canceled flights, airline bankruptcies,
or other reason beyond our control.
Passport & Visa
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILTY TO ENSURE YOU ARE IN POSSESSION OF A VALID
PASSPORT AND VISA AND ALL TRAVEL DOCUMENTS ARE VALID FOR TRAVEL
Airline Reservation Status
OK means the flight and seats have been confirmed by the airline.
RQ means the seats are on request. WL means the flight is on waitlist.
All times are shown in local time on the 24-hour clock.
Flight Timings
At the time the booking is confirmed on-line the timings are entirely
accurate, but are liable to be changed by the participating airline.
We strongly advise you reconfirm your return flight 72 hours prior
to departure with your airline direct.
In the event of a schedule change we will try to offer you the nearest
alternative, subject to availability. However, SaveFlights.com cannot
accept any responsibility for re-schedules made by the airlines
either before you commence traveling or en-route.
SaveFlights.com cannot offer compensation or cover any extra costs
incurred as a result of an airline re-scheduling flights.
