Cancellation/Changes and Refund Policy

Please be advised that each airline have different rules and policies on cancellation and changes. SaveFlights.com will let you know ticket conditions, cancellation and changes policies before you buy your tickets. If you have specific questions, please ask one of our staff before purchasing tickets.

After you issue air-ticket, in general, airline rules are as follows:

1. Date changes are possible in a limit of validity period; otherwise exceptional rules will be stated.

2. Mostly, airline tickets are refundable except very special air-tickets (so-called bluk ticket) are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Policies (in case of refundable tickets)

3.1 In case of any unused ticket cancellation, approximately 15-30% penalty fee of ticket fare will be charged by airlines.

3.2 In case of used air-ticket cancellation such as one leg cancellation for roundtrip ticket, approximately 15-20% of ticket fare will be refunded by airlines.

4. Process of Cancellation and Refund Policies:

4.1 After issued ticket and there is any cancellation, please send an e-mail informing our staff at Info@SaveFlights.com

4.2 Send air-ticket to us to process refund with airlines at following address:

4.3 Process of refund with airlines will take 2-3 months.

4.4 After we received refund from airlines, we will e-mail you notifies of refunded amounts and then process refund money to your credit card accordingly.

SaveFlights.com reserves the right to charge penalties for any refunds of tickets because of canceled flights, airline bankruptcies, or other reason beyond our control.
